Então, eu fiz só 2 dias essa semana. Uma delas foi um saquinho de biscoitos integrais de coco com doce de leite. Eu achei uma delícia e o melhor de tudo é que 14 biscoitinhos tem só 100 calorias. Tudo bem que eles são bem pequenos, mas mesmo assim eu achei super legal pra comer no lanche ou a noite.&lt;br /&gt;Minha mãe comprou a ração humana, mas eu ainda não sei se substituo ela por uma refeição. O que vcs acham?&lt;br /&gt;Ah, hoje eu "fritei" o bife e fiz o arroz sem óleo. Pra mim o arroz ficou normal, como se tivesse colocado o óleo e o bife ficou uma delícia pq eu fervi um pouco de água com caldo de carne, e enquanto eu "fritava" o bife, eu ia colocando um pouco dessa água aos poucos. Depois de mais de uma semana sem postar no blog eu apareci aqui.&lt;br /&gt;Sempre que eu abandono o blog eu deixo a dieta de lado. Essa semana eu andei fazendo várias coisas erradas, incluindo mc donalds dois dias seguidos :$ A notícia ruim é que eu engordei 0,5kg. Pra falar a verdade eu nem fiquei tão triste assim pq eu imaginava muito mais.. hahaha&lt;br /&gt;A partir de hoje eu posto todos os dias aqui (sem falta).&lt;br /&gt;Ah, minhas aulas foram suspensas até dia 17 por causa da gripe. É que eu tive visita aqui em casa, e tive que ajudar bastante a minha mãe a preparar as coisas. Então fiquei super sem tempo pra net. Bom, fim de semana dei uma escapadinha da dieta, mas não foi nada de mais! :D&lt;br /&gt;Ah, amanhã (quarta) acabam minhas férias! E minha escola é bem puxada. Tenho que ir de manhã e a tarde, sem contar que tenho provas toda semana :( Vou ficar sem tempo pra vir aqui, mas prometo que vou tentar vir todos os dias!&lt;br /&gt;Outra coisinha.. me pesei hoje. Estou com 65,0 kg! :D&lt;br /&gt;Não perdi muito, mas já é alguma coisa né? Vou voltar as aulas com 2,5kg a menos e pretendo continuar a dieta e emagrecer mais até o fim do ano.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje eu fui em uma academia aqui pertinho de casa pra ver horários, preços e tudo mais.. e eu gostei bastante! O bom é que várias amigas vão começar junto cmg e dá pra gente ir a pé. Amanhã pretendo ir lá fazer a minha matrícula. Quero fazer jump tb.. deve ser muito legal e dizem que queima bastante calorias! :)&lt;br /&gt;Bom gente, por hoje é só.. É que sexta feira foi meu aniversário. Quinta fizeram uma festa surpresa pra mim, na sexta e no sábado.. mais comemorações. hahaha. Tentei comer com moderação, mas mesmo assim, acabei saindo um pouquinho da dieta nesses dias. Não cometi nada absurdo não, acho que até me controlei bem com tantas guloseimas na minha frente.. hahaha. Comi duas. O bom é que a massa é bem leve, não vai leite nem batata e por fora fica bem sequinha... mas, mesmo assim eu acho que não deveria ter comido :\&lt;br /&gt;Outra coisa é que eu não fiz atividade física.. devia ter feito bicicleta aqui em casa, mas não deu tempo mesmo.. Na verdade eu até comecei bem e fiz tudo certinho no começo, mas como gosto muito de cozinhar, resolvi fazer um bolo de chocolate. Prometi a mim mesma que não ia comer, mas acabei comendo, e por conta disso acabei exagerando no resto da dieta :(&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Em outros tempos eu desistiria de tudo, mas agora vai ser diferente. Muita gente diz que engordamos nessa época, mas eu acho mais fácil fazer dieta nas férias, pq como não vou pra escola, não compro bobagens pra comer. hahaha :) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Já tinha feito outros blogs e acabei excluindo, mas dessa vez é pra valer!
